On Christmas Day, our downstairs neighbors came up to visit. I greeted them at the door wearing the Superman Snuggie singing "Da da da DA! Dum da DUM!" They all thought I was wearing the COOLEST Superman outfit on EARTH for a few seconds! LOL :)
I kind'a made a KILLING this year! :) LOL IF I stay up late tonight, I'll be either reading or watching a DVD. ;)

Okay! Dat's it fer DIS week, lads an' ladies! We're gonna go back in time again NEXT week, though, and start bouncin' around the '80's like NOBODY'S business! I probably won't have any theme to the songs/music beyond that, and I prefer the music mostly between 1982 and 1986, so if you have any requests (especially for the years I don't care for), lemme know! I'll be playin' six songs each week, and will play at least ONE of "my" songs! Get yer requests in now! ;)
Well, we're already up to No. 100! I decided NOT to do anything "special" for this Anniversary, though. The first round of Cartoon Funs ran over 100, and for THAT Anniversary, I had about 20 cartoons up! LOL :) I decided to play it low-key this time around, though. ;)

That'll happen after NEXT week, though, 'cause that's when I'll give ya some hits from 1990, and then it's on to a mish-mash of songs from any and every year of the '80's! :)

Good morning! I've gotta go see the doc in a couple of hours and I MIGHT have to stay in the hospital overnight (based upon my own experience). So, I decided to get some more banners I'd made up for you to check out. :)

I have just learned that Nick Cardy, a longtime DC Comics artist, has passed away today. He did so many of DC's covers back in the 1960's and 1970's, and was especially known for his work on Aquaman, Batman, and The Teen Titans.
I've always enjoyed his artwork, and he was a favorite.

Good morning! It's a gloomy, rainy early Thursday morning here in St. Louis, and it kind'a fits the city's mood, I guess. The Cards lost the Series last night, but eh! We'll come back and take it again. :) It's also Halloween, so THAT'S not too bad. I've got some cosplayer banners for you all today, and you can daydream about these young ladies comin' to YOUR front door tonight! ;)
